We sell a range of pop culture, comic book, music, movie & tv related collectables, toys, novelties & gifts, along with the hugely popular Pop! Vinyl figure line by Funko.

All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated.

NZ customers can pay via bank deposit / internet banking, credit or debit card, or we now offer AfterPay at checkout.

Afterpay offers simple and affordable instalment plans for online and in-store shoppers.

Buy now and pay for your purchase in 4 equal installments every 2 weeks.

All of your payments are interest-free and you receive your purchase straight away.

All credit card transactions are processed through a secure third party payment gateway, Payment Express Ltd.

We do not have access to, or keep records of, customers credit card numbers.

 

Our retail store at 220a Dominion Road, Mt Eden, is open 6 days a week, and our online store is open for business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year!

Retail Hours: 10am - 5.30pm weekdays, 10am - 5pm Saturdays.

Orders & Pre-Orders:

Please click on an item and bring up the item description page.

There you will find release dates etc.

Just because an item can be added to the cart does not mean it is in stock.

The item description page is where you will find all information of release dates, re-release dates, or delivery times.

If an item is listed as a Pre-Order, it is NOT an in-stock item, and the product will have an approximate release date listed, or it will state that it is "In Stock With Our Supplier". 

If the  release date has passed, but the product is still listed as a Pre-Order, then please contact us, and we can advise whether the release date has since changed, or if the product has sold out but is returning, or whether it is temporarily out of stock with the distributor and when it may be available again.

If the product states "NZ Release Date: In Stock With Our Supplier, 3-4 Week Delivery Time", then you can pre-order the item and it will ship in our next order from our supplier.

If you place an order for a pre-order item that is in stock with our overseas distributor, it will be at least 3 - 4 weeks before we receive and ship the item to you, as orders ship to us via sea freight. 

All release dates are as provided by the respective manufacturers, but occasionally products are released outside the dates specified, and delays are common.


If your order contains both in stock and pre-order items, your order will only ship when the pre-order items arrive and all items are in stock.

We recommend placing 2 separate orders if you require in stock items to ship immediately.

In stock products will usually ship the same day if your order is placed before 12pm weekdays (Monday - Friday).

Free collection service is available from our retail store at 220a Dominion Rd.

 

Returns:

We do not allow cancellations, or issue refunds, on any pre-order products once we have placed the order with our distributors.

Please note that we do not offer refunds, only credit or exchanges, so please choose carefully.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 7 days of the shipping date for a credit or exchange, but please note you will need to pay the return shipping and another shipping charge if you would like to exchange for another product.

You must send back the item within 7 days of purchase and include your invoice/receipt.
The item must be in resalable condition including: It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories.
It must be unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition.

Faulty Goods:

If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations in accordance with your rights as a customer under the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.
Please email us or phone our retail store and explain the fault.
If we cannot easily resolve the problem then we will provide instructions for return of the item back to us.

Item Damaged In Transit:

If your item is damaged in transit please contact us immediately and keep the damaged packaging it came in exactly as you received it, as per courier company procedure.
Upon receiving notification of damage, we may request photographic evidence of the parcel and/or the the particular product that has the issue.
We will review this photo and contact you at our earliest convenience to discuss your options in relation to the product issue.
