All in stock products will usually ship the same day if your order is placed before 1pm weekdays (Monday - Friday).


If your order contains both in stock and pre-order items, your order will only ship when the pre-order items arrive and all items are in stock.

We recommend placing 2 seperate orders if you require in stock items to ship immediately.

Combined Shipping on Multiple Orders: If you have placed a previous pre-order that has not yet shipped, you can combine a new order into the previous one and ship all items together in 1 package when all items are in stock.

If you have not placed any previous orders that are yet to ship, you can not choose this combined shipping option.

 

Now Couriers offers a comprehensive national delivery service, however they can not ship to PO Boxes, so you will need to provide a valid street address.

North Island freight is usually delivered overnight and the South Island standard service is maximum 2 days.

    • Returns:

      If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 7 days of the shipping date for a credit or exchange, but please note you will need to pay for any return shipping, and another shipping charge if you would like another product sent.

      Please note that we do not offer refunds, only credit or exchanges, so please choose carefully.

      You must send back the item within 7 days of purchase and include your invoice/receipt.
      The item must be in resalable condition including: It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories.
      It must be unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition.

      Faulty Goods:

      If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations in accordance with your rights as a customer under the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.
      Please email us or phone our retail store and explain the fault.
      If we cannot easily resolve the problem then we will provide instructions for return of the item back to us.

      Item Damaged In Transit:

      If your item is damaged in transit please contact us immediately and keep the damaged packaging it came in exactly as you received it, as we can lodge a claim with the courier company.
      Upon receiving notification of damage, we may request photographic evidence of the parcel and/or the the particular product that has the issue.
      We will review this photo and contact you at our earliest convenience to discuss your options in relation to the product issue.
